Hi guys, I’m really freaking out. I’ve been way over eating lately, not too much unhealthy food, the majority is clean but I’ve been eating around 2200-2500 calories a day, it’d seem. I was wondering if any of you know how to calculate how many calories I should be eating a day?
I’m 21, weigh 140 pounds and work out for 40-45 minutes a day, and walk about half an hour a day. (Desk job) I really want to lose an inch before I go back to University (current hip size 36 inches, goal: 35), so I was wondering how I can improve this weight loss and get back on track? I feel so fat, it seems really hard to stick to 1500-1600 calories a day. I’m thinking of a week long liquid diet to shrink my stomach. Help?!
